- Nardostachys jatamansi (Jatamansi) 2.5 gm
- Cinnamomum zeylanicum (Dalchini) 2.5 gm
- Zingiber zerumbet (Kachura) 2.5 gm
- Onosma echioides (Ratanjot) 2.5 gm
- Santalum album (Safed Chandan) 3.0 gm.

Backache, cervical spondylitis, fibrositis, frozen shoulder, gonalgia, gout, low back pain, lumbago, muscular rheumatism, muscular cramps and pains, myalgia, myositis, osteoarthritis, rheumatic and rheumatoid arthritis, tennis/golfers' elbow, sciatica, sports injuries, sprains and tendinitis.
